Toplumsal olaylar\u0131n kabarmas\u0131, isyanlar, toplumsal formasyonlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesine sebep olan olaylar da toplumdaki dip dalgan\u0131n hareketlenip k\u00fcremesiyle olur.<\/p>\n<p>Denizi eline bir \u00e7ubuk al\u0131p kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak dalgaland\u0131rmak ne kadar imk\u00e2ns\u0131zsa, sunu m\u00fcdahale ve yalan dolanla toplumu k\u00fckretmek de o kadar zor ve olanaks\u0131zd\u0131r. 1978 Rus-Osmanl\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131ndan sonra Bulgaristan toplumunda meydana gelen en b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fckreme y\u00fczde y\u00fcz 1989 May\u0131s Ayaklanmas\u0131 ve ard\u0131ndan gelen B\u00dcY\u00dcK G\u00d6\u00c7 oldu.<\/p>\n<p>1989 May\u0131s Ayaklanmas\u0131 Bulgaristan\u2019da halk tabakalar\u0131n\u0131n derinden derine hareketlenmesi ve isyan\u0131yd\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumu ve az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrk hak toplulu\u011funu harekete ge\u00e7irdi ve ard\u0131ndan pansuman edilmez, sar\u0131lsa da savmaz yaralar b\u0131rakt\u0131 ve Bulgar toplumunu \u201cnokaud\u201d olmu\u015f boks\u00e7u gibi yerde b\u0131rakt\u0131.<\/p><div id=\"bghab-1903723230\" class=\"bghab-icerik-icine bghab-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-6203283170189293\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block; text-align:center;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-6203283170189293\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7303146466\" \ndata-ad-layout=\"in-article\"\ndata-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bu toplum kendi i\u00e7inde kendini diriltecek yeni bir kudret bulamad\u0131. O g\u00fcn bug\u00fcn \u00fclkede 300\u2019den fazla politik parti kuruldu ama hepsi dinen deniz dalgalar\u0131 gibi sahile ula\u015f\u0131rken ufal\u0131p k\u00f6p\u00fck bile yapamadan kaybolup s\u00f6n\u00fcyorlar. Hi\u00e7 birinin tarihte ismi ve esemesi olmayacakt\u0131r dersek, abartm\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131z\u2026 Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7ler Birli\u011fi (CDC) zirve yapt\u0131 yok oldu. Bu seriden ard\u0131l bir dalga olan Ba\u015fbakan olan \u0130van Kostov\u2019un Demokratik G\u00fc\u00e7ler Birli\u011fi (DCB) partisi 2013\u2019te meclise giremedi, s\u00f6nd\u00fc; 2001\u2019de iktidar olan II. Simiyon partisi s\u0131f\u0131rland\u0131, \u00c7ar II. Simiyon \u00fclkeden ka\u00e7t\u0131 yani silindi; Sosyalist Parti (BSP) kendi ba\u015f\u0131na iktidar olabilirken zor nefes al\u0131yor vs. Bu \u00f6rnekler bir s\u00fcrecin s\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve belki 5\u201310 y\u0131la kadar Bulgar toplumunun yeniden k\u00f6kten ar\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekece\u011fine bir i\u015farettir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc B. Borisov\u2019un GERB partisi de sosyalist dalgadan sonra ayn\u0131 tabandan gelen ikinci kom\u00fcnist dalgas\u0131d\u0131r. Meclise dolan \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ve fa\u015fizan \u00e7akallarsa kendili\u011finden yok olmaya mahkumdur. 1990 k\u00fckremesi hurdalar\u0131 sahile att\u0131 fakat onlar o g\u00fcn bu g\u00fcn tutunmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Ge\u00e7i\u015f D\u00f6nemi iskartolar\u0131ndan da kurtulaca\u011f\u0131z. Deniz dalgalamadan ya\u015fayamaz, toplum da i\u00e7 m\u00fccadele vermeden dirilemez, y\u00fccelemez, geli\u015femez ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015femez\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada \u015funu \u00f6zellikle vurgulamak istiyorum. Bulgaristan Kom\u00fcnist Partisi\u2019nin (BKP) enternasyonalizmden yani insanlar\u0131n ve halklar\u0131n karde\u015fli\u011fi ideolojik ilkesine s\u0131rt \u00e7evirip tek uluslu Bulgar devleti olu\u015fturma etnikleri ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve dinsel farklar\u0131 yok saymakla burjuva ulus\u00e7ulu\u011fu konumlar\u0131na ge\u00e7ti. \u00dclkeyi ve halk\u0131 fa\u015fistlerin bile uygulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir gaddarl\u0131k ve zul\u00fcmle y\u00f6netmeyi tercih ederken, tamamen suni, hi\u00e7bir temeli olmayan ve gelece\u011fi de olmayan bir sa\u00e7mal\u0131\u011fa sapland\u0131. Bulgaristan\u2019da sosyalist ideoloji ve prati\u011fin ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yiyen yanl\u0131\u015f az\u0131nl\u0131klar politikas\u0131, fa\u015fist nitelikli olan insanlar\u0131n kimli\u011fini de\u011fi\u015ftirme politikas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. \u00d6rnekleyelim:<\/p>\n<p>\u015e\u00f6yle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn l\u00fctfen, i\u00e7inde lahanadan ba\u015fka havu\u00e7, biber, ye\u015fil domates vs. olan bir tur\u015fu f\u0131\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131p elimizdeki bardakla tatl\u0131 su \u00e7\u0131karmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir mi? Olamaz! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc f\u0131\u00e7\u0131daki tur\u015fusuyu tuzludur. \u0130\u00e7indeki lahanayla birlikte havucun, biber ve ye\u015fil domatesin de kokusundan koku, tad\u0131ndan tat alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u00fcnistler bu i\u015fi b\u00f6yle g\u00f6rmek istemediler. Asl\u0131nda onlar\u0131n ideolojilerini yaratan Kr. Marks ile Fr. Engels\u2019in kafas\u0131nda yaln\u0131z i\u015f\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda t\u00fcm mazlum halklar\u0131n ve etniklerin de karde\u015fli\u011fi vard\u0131. Onlarda vaktiyle Birle\u015fik Avrupa kurmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015flerdi. Hatta Amerika ile Avrupa\u2019y\u0131 birle\u015ftirme de vard\u0131 hayallerinde. Bunun \u00fcretim g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin geli\u015fmesi sonucu olaca\u011f\u0131na inanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Ne ki, her \u015fey d\u00fc\u015flenip kuram olarak bi\u00e7imlendi\u011fi gibi olmuyor. Hayal etmek iyidir de, d\u00fc\u015flenen kuramla\u015fsa bile, uygulan\u0131\u015f\u0131 olmay\u0131nca \u00f6l\u00fc do\u011fmu\u015ftur. Ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f bir \u0131rk, etnik, din ve medeniyet karde\u015fli\u011fi esas olmu\u015ftur onlar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015flerine. Klasik d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrlerin birlikte kaleme ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 153 cilt eserden 100 cildinde, Osmanl\u0131ya ve Osmanl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n halklar, uluslar ve etnikler sorununa yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n olumlu olu\u015fu nefes al\u0131yor bug\u00fcn. Kurama giren etnikler ve dinler aras\u0131 adaletin temelinde ise Kr. Marks\u2019\u0131n Osmanl\u0131y\u0131 misallerken kendi yaz\u0131lar\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00a0\u201ccennet\u201d kavram\u0131 ve nitelemesi vard\u0131r. Ne yaz\u0131k ki, bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin Avrupa\u2019da b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 izler Balkan \u00fclkeleri ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok daha derin ve anlaml\u0131d\u0131r. Tur\u015fu \u00f6rne\u011fiyle gidersek, Balkanlarda ulus, dil, \u00f6zg\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcr, din ve etnikler aras\u0131 adalet olmam\u0131\u015f (ham) tur\u015fu gibidir, ne suyu i\u00e7ilir, ne de yapra\u011f\u0131ndan sarma sar\u0131l\u0131r. Sosyal alanda bu i\u015flerin olgunla\u015fmas\u0131 ise y\u0131llar, on y\u0131llar ve y\u00fczy\u0131llar isterken, hi\u00e7 aras\u0131z f\u0131\u00e7\u0131y\u0131 bizim dilimizde suyunu aktarma dedi\u011fimiz yani f\u0131\u00e7\u0131m\u0131m suyunu duvar dibine monte edilen kurnadan al\u0131p \u00fcstten geri d\u00f6kme i\u015flemi aras\u0131z s\u00fcrmelidir. Bunun sosyal anlam\u0131 toplumun i\u00e7ten kayna\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131rken kimsenin g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaz. F\u0131\u00e7\u0131daki tur\u015fu suyu ayn\u0131 k\u0131vam ve bir tat olacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7indeki domates, biber, havu\u00e7 ve lahanalar ise b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ve \u00f6zg\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc koruyacakt\u0131r, sosyal ya\u015famda bunun ifadesi, etniklerin \u00f6zg\u00fcn (\u00f6zellikli) kimli\u011fi korunacak ve b\u00fct\u00fcnselli\u011fi bozulmayacakt\u0131r. Bu olmadan, bu i\u015f olmaz, ne tur\u015fu domatesten salata ne de lahana yapra\u011f\u0131ndan sarma sar\u0131l\u0131r, tur\u015fu, ifadem yerindeyse (gev\u015fer) \u00a0bal\u00e7\u0131kla\u015f\u0131r ve \u00e7\u00f6pe at\u0131l\u0131r. Devan edelim, bu s\u00f6zler gelece\u011fimizin kaderinin \u201ceh\u201d deyici bir Varna \u015fopar\u0131n\u0131n eline b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131na ye\u015fil \u0131\u015f\u0131k yakt\u0131. Hepimizin kaderi (milletvekili bile se\u00e7ilsek, bilim adam\u0131 olsak, askeri okul mezunu olsak, zengin olsak, d\u00fcnya g\u00fczeli olsak)\u00a0 bir \u015fopar\u0131n eline verilmi\u015ftir.
