S\u00f6zkonusu b\u00f6lgelerde metrekareye 30 ila 50 litre ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmesi beklenirken, ya\u011f\u0131\u015flar\u0131n 20 Kas\u0131m g\u00fcn\u00fcnde de devam etmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan, \u015fiddetli r\u00fczgar ve sa\u011fanak ya\u011f\u0131\u015flardan dolay\u0131 birka\u00e7 il i\u00e7in de sar\u0131 alarm verildi. Gabrovo, Veliko T\u0131rnovo ile Ruse illerinde 19 Kas\u0131m g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00f6\u011fleden sonra ve 20 Kas\u0131m\u2019a ba\u011flayan gecede metrekareye 20 ila 30 litre ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fc\u015fmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>Tunca ile Meri\u00e7 nehirlerindeki debi art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tespit eden erken sinyal sistemi verilerine g\u00f6re, Elhovo \u015fehri b\u00f6lgesinde Tunca nehrinin su seviyesinde art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve turuncu seviye k\u0131sm\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.
