Nisan ay\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan beri g\u00f6revliler, hayvan ve kulaklar\u0131na tak\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7ipleri g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcl\u00fcyorlar, konum belirleme sistemi ise tam olarak nerede olduklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nBelediye \u0130daresi bu t\u00fcr \u00f6nlemler almak zorunda kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan sahiplerinin ineklerini ba\u015f\u0131 bo\u015f b\u0131rakmalar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kent sakinlerinden \u00e7i\u00e7ek ve otlak alanlar\u0131 harap ettikleri y\u00f6n\u00fcnde \u015fikayetler al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Nisan ba\u015f\u0131ndan bu yana g\u00f6revliler, GPS\u2019in foto objektifi arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla 14 ihlal tespit etmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131lar. \u015eu ana kadar hayvanlar\u0131n \u00e7ekilen resimleri ve onlara ait bilgiler eklenerek ihlaller i\u00e7in 7 ceza makbuzu kesildi.<\/p>\n<p>Kent i\u00e7inde hayvanlar\u0131 serbest b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in 100 leva ceza \u00f6deniyor.
