{"id":10984,"date":"2014-08-11T00:19:23","date_gmt":"2014-08-10T21:19:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bghaber.org\/bghaber\/?p=10984"},"modified":"2014-08-11T00:19:23","modified_gmt":"2014-08-10T21:19:23","slug":"u-donusu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bghaber.org\/bghaber\/u-donusu\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;U&#8221; D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dr.M\u00fcjgan DEN\u0130Z<\/p>\n<p>Bulgaristan\u2019\u0131n son 24 y\u0131l\u0131n 22. y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130slam\u2019a ve biraz da T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011fe ve \u0130slam\u2019a \u201cU\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ba\u015flad\u0131. 1989\u2019da y\u0131k\u0131lan kom\u00fcnist rejim ve \u00fclkedeki 2 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n M\u00fcsl\u00fcman i\u00e7in bir \u201c<strong>sert yasaklar rejimi<\/strong>\u201d olan totalitarizmden kalan ve o g\u00fcn bug\u00fcn geleneksel ya\u015fam\u0131 korku dalgas\u0131na bo\u011fmak \u00fczere olan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok zor oldu.<\/p>\n<p>Totaliter d\u00fczen son \u00e7eyrek as\u0131rda pen\u00e7elerini Bulgaristan T\u00fcrklerinden \u00e7ekmedi. \u0130lk d\u00f6nemde yo\u011fun propaganda edilen \u201c<strong>Bulgar Etnik Modeli<\/strong>\u201d \u201c<strong>eriterek yok etme<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>asimile ederek etnik iz b\u0131rakmama<\/strong>\u201d , \u201c<strong>m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu kadar k\u0131sa d\u00f6nemde Bulgarla\u015ft\u0131rma<\/strong>\u201d gibi Jivkov uygulamalar\u0131na devam ederken, \u201c<strong>zulme<\/strong>\u201d tepki g\u00f6steren dalga da dinmedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ktidar taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fczel vaatlerle dayat\u0131lmak isteneni kabul etmeyenleri, erimediklerini, asimile olmayanlar\u0131 ve Bulgarla\u015fmayanlar\u0131 \u00fclkeden sesiz sedas\u0131z g\u00f6nderme s\u00fcreci durumu gitgide a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131. Bu geli\u015fmeler sinsice uygulan\u0131rken bir yandan T\u00fcrk aileler, halk toplulu\u011fu ve di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcman karde\u015flerimizler ba\u011flar\u0131m\u0131z hep par\u00e7aland\u0131. Aile ve cemaat olarak hep ufaland\u0131k. K\u00f6yler bo\u015fal\u0131rken, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck kasabalarda merhabala\u015facak adam kalmazken, bir de yava\u015f yava\u015f da olsa uyan\u0131\u015f ve dirili\u015f d\u00f6nemini ba\u015flad\u0131. Ad\u0131na \u201cU\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fc demek istedi\u011fimiz yeni s\u00fcre\u00e7 yerle\u015fiyor. Ve \u00e7abalar\u0131n ilk meyvelerini art\u0131k g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. Bu yo\u011fun u\u011fra\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inden \u201c<strong>eli kolu kalmam\u0131\u015f kadar bitkin olan bir halk toplulu\u011funu diri<\/strong>ltmek\u201d yeniden yaratmak kadar zor ve g\u00fc\u00e7 oldu. \u00d6nemle vurguluyorum T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki soyda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, dernekler, sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri, iri \u00f6l\u00e7ekli i\u015f \u00e7evreleri, d\u0131\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131m kurumlar\u0131 ve devletin kendisi olmasayd\u0131, hele 2002\u2019den sonra bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar bir elde ve bir kolda b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fip tek merkezden koordine edilip y\u00f6netilmeseydi bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olamazd\u0131. Bulgaristan T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc nefes sayan duruma getirilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn art\u0131k 80 bin M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Sofya\u2019da ge\u00e7en hafta sona eren Ramazan unutulmaz izler b\u0131rakt\u0131. \u0130lk defa b\u00f6yle bir ramazan ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00a0\u201cBanya Ba\u015f\u0131\u201d Camiinin ard\u0131ndaki \u00e7ad\u0131rda her ak\u015fam 500 ki\u015fiye iftar verildi. Ba\u015f M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fck binas\u0131na biti\u015fik geli\u015ftirilen seyyar mutfakta 3 Afganl\u0131 a\u015f\u00e7\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman mutfak ustal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en ince lezzetleriyle Rumeli\u2019nin eski beylerbeyli\u011fi olan \u015fehrin \u00fcn\u00fcne \u00fcn katt\u0131lar. \u015eerefeden gelen bariton ezan sesi ve sunu\u015fun makam inceli\u011fine kulak verenler hep durup dinledi. \u201cL\u00fclin\u201d ve \u201cOrlandovtsi\u201d semtindeki mescitlerde de Ramazan boyu iftar verildi. Bayramla\u015fma bu y\u0131l her defas\u0131ndan daha co\u015fkulu ve sam\u0131m\u0131 oldu. Olaya tan\u0131k olan H\u0131ristiyanlar \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n bir karde\u015fle\u015fme ve beraber ya\u015fama dini oldu\u011funu ilgin\u00e7 bak\u0131\u015flarla izlediler. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda Sofya M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc co\u011frafik alan olarak en b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 alanda bu y\u0131lk\u0131 Ramazan etkinlikleri \u00f6zveri ve hizmette titizlikle \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 y\u00f6netildi. \u0130lk kez olmak \u00fczere Sofya M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00f6lge kasabalar\u0131na indi. Kendini M\u00fcsl\u00fcman hisseden ama M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimli\u011fiyle dikilemeyenlere el uzatt\u0131. Samakov, Kostendil, \u0130htiman, Dubnitsa gibi eski yerle\u015fim merkezlerinde \u0130slam dinine ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imine ilgi uyand\u0131. \u0130nananlar ve inanmayanlar iftar sofralar\u0131nda bulu\u015ftu. Yeni bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015ftu. Camilerde saf tutanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 art\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Samakov \u015fehri, \u201c\u0130sk\u0131r\u201d Irma\u011f\u0131n\u0131n co\u015fkun akt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Rila Da\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcksek eteklerinde bulunur. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u0130slam din ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi olarak geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u015eehirdeki tarihi cami ve vak\u0131f ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131 hen\u00fcz Y\u00fcksek Mimar Eserleri olarak devlet kurumlar\u0131ndan al\u0131n\u0131p ibadete ve hay\u0131r i\u015flerine a\u00e7\u0131lamad\u0131. Buna ra\u011fmen, burada M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olarak ya\u015famak isteyenlerin say\u0131s\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Hele Ramazan g\u00fcnlerinde burada iftar vakti farkl\u0131 bir canl\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015fand\u0131. 50 ki\u015fi iftar\u0131n\u0131 birlikte a\u00e7t\u0131. \u00a0\u0130lk kez halk kendi aras\u0131nda serbest\u00e7e bayramla\u015ft\u0131. Tatl\u0131lar beraber yendi. \u00c7ocuklar el \u00f6pt\u00fc.\u00a0 \u015eimdiye kadar bir umut olan g\u00f6n\u00fcl ok\u015fay\u0131c\u0131 dini bayram havas\u0131 Rila eteklerinde esti.<\/p>\n<p>Ramazan ay\u0131n\u0131n sona ermesiyle, Sofya M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn hay\u0131r i\u015fleri son bulmad\u0131. Her hafta \u201cFilipovtsi\u201d ve \u201cLevski\u201d semti yoksul Rom sakinlerine g\u0131da da\u011f\u0131tma etkinlikleri devam ediyor. Bu insani temaslarda bug\u00fcn Bulgar isimleriyle bilinen Rom yoksullar\u0131n y\u0131llar \u00f6nce M\u00fcsl\u00fcman adlar\u0131, soyadlar\u0131 ve lakaplar\u0131 oldu\u011fu, ellerindeki eski vesikalardan atalar\u0131n\u0131n mal m\u00fclk sahibi olduklar\u0131, hatta baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n vak\u0131f hizmetinde bulundu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde totalitarizmin \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc onlar da b\u00fcy\u00fck s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar i\u00e7inde s\u0131rtlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130lk dert i\u015fsizlik! Rom aileler de i\u015f bulma umuduyla Bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerine akm\u0131\u015f, par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 iki arada kalm\u0131\u015f ve yard\u0131ma muhta\u00e7 durumda olanlar kalabal\u0131kt\u0131r. Son \u00e7arenin, onlara ula\u015fmayan AB yard\u0131m paketleri de\u011fil, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fcklerimizin hay\u0131r eli, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinden ard\u0131 aras\u0131 kesilmeden gelmeye devam eden yard\u0131mlar oldu\u011fu dikkati \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu arada Ramazandan sonra da yeni \u00fcmit \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, insan s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de arayanlar \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131yor. Temmuz ay\u0131nda k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli tatil i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi tercih eden Bulgaristan vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 % 5,6 artm\u0131\u015f ve 560 bin ki\u015fiye ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f. G\u00fczel olan\u0131n g\u00fczelli\u011finde g\u00fczel olmayan yer olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi T\u00fcrkiye de bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak celbe diyor. Gidip gelenlerin duda\u011f\u0131ndan T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fcyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fte \u00f6ncelikle de\u011fi\u015fik g\u0131dalar ve bunlar aras\u0131nda ya\u011flar al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkati \u00e7ekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi ziyaret eden Bulgaristan vatanda\u015flar\u0131 ve ailelerinin ruhsal durumlar\u0131nda olumlu de\u011fi\u015fim g\u00f6zlenirken, \u201czor zamanda \u00e7alacak bir kom\u015fu kap\u0131s\u0131 var, bundan iyisi peynir derisi diyenler \u00e7o\u011fal\u0131yor. Bunlar umutlara hayat veren,\u00a0 g\u00f6n\u00fcl ok\u015fayan yaz esintileridir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ekonomik olarak geli\u015fip kalk\u0131nmas\u0131, altyap\u0131s\u0131ndaki modernle\u015fme, \u00fcretim dallar\u0131ndaki s\u0131\u00e7ramal\u0131 ilerleme ve \u00f6ncelikle d\u00fcnya b\u00fcy\u00fcklerinin aras\u0131na yerle\u015fen ve bir\u00e7ok konuda a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koyan bir \u00fclke durumuna gelmesiyle g\u00f6zler g\u00fcney kom\u015fumuza \u00e7evrildi. Bulgaristan\u2019da bulundu\u011fum g\u00fcnlerde, TV ana haber program\u0131nda Rusya\u2019ya Amerikan ve AB yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00fcndeme gelirken Moskova\u2019n\u0131n g\u0131da sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye ticari heyeti g\u00f6ndermesi herkesin dikkatini \u00e7ekti. Bizde, de hele Recep Tayyib Erdo\u011fan d\u00f6neminde \u201c<strong>zor g\u00fcn dostu olarak<\/strong>\u201d T\u00fcrkiye \u00fcn yapt\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye g\u00fcven kazan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde derin ve zengin \u0130slam gelenekleriyle bilinen Sofya ve b\u00f6lgesinde Ramazan\u2019da 72 camiinin halka gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz hizmet verdi\u011fi bilinir. Bu tarih ancak ve yaln\u0131z 140 y\u0131l evveline uzan\u0131r. her \u015feyin esintisi bug\u00fcn her yerde, isteyen i\u015fitiyor, isteyen g\u00f6r\u00fcyor, istemeyenlerse cami camlar\u0131na ta\u015f at\u0131yor, duvarlar\u0131 boa s\u00fcr\u00fcyor, tarihi ve dini an\u0131t eserlerimizin r\u00fczgardan, ya\u011f\u0131\u015ftan, doludan, k\u0131\u015f\u0131n dondan, yaz\u0131nsa s\u0131caktan etkilenip \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fcp yok olmas\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor. Y\u0131llard\u0131r kira \u00f6deyerek ayakta duruyor. Eski d\u00f6nem Ba\u015f M\u00fcft\u00fcleri\u2019nden baz\u0131lar\u0131, \u00f6rne\u011fin Nedim Gencev b\u00fct\u00fcn din ve moral etik kurallar\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayarak bir\u00e7ok vak\u0131f mal\u0131n\u0131 \u015fahsi m\u00fclk\u00fcne ge\u00e7irerek, Bulgaristan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131na bir darbe de o indirmi\u015ftir. \u201cU\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llarda, Ba\u015f M\u00fcft\u00fcl\u00fck vak\u0131f ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lan ve bir\u00e7ok yerde kazan\u0131lan davalara kar\u015f\u0131 dava a\u00e7mas\u0131 ve pay istemesi, dikkat \u00e7ekicidir. Bu merkezin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda M\u00dcSL\u00dcMANLAR dergisi T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ve Bulgarca olarak \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. 1990\u2019dan \u00f6nceki 30 y\u0131lda \u0130slam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile Bulgaristan\u2019da ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin \u00f6zg\u00fcn etnik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn birbirinden kopar\u0131lmas\u0131na, birbirine kar\u015f\u0131 ate\u015f p\u00fcsk\u00fcrmesine fazla \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterilmi\u015fti. Biz \u015eumen\u2019de N\u00fcvvab\u2019\u0131n \u00e2li b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden mezun T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n ateizmden doktora tezi savundu\u011fu y\u0131llar\u0131n \u00e7ocuklar\u0131y\u0131z. O y\u0131llarda T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131nda \u0130slam tarih, k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olan \u00f6zelliklere sald\u0131r\u0131lar ya\u015fad\u0131k. Cebel \u0130syan\u0131 kabristanda patlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tepki vermeye haz\u0131r \u00e7ok geni\u015f T\u00fcrk halk tabakas\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015ftu\u011fu g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7mad\u0131. \u0130slam medeniyet ve K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn Bulgaristan ko\u015fullar\u0131nda halk\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcn nak\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla s\u00fcslenmi\u015f ya\u015farken sundu\u011fu g\u00fczelliklerin, H\u0131ristiyan ve ateist d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rmeyen yoktu.
